Hundreds of West Papuans peacefully demonstrating in Timika today were confronted by heavily armed and armoured Indonesian police.
This was one of the many rallies in West Papua today calling for West Papua to join the Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG).
Our people are talking to the streets, risking their lives to show the world that they want to come back to the Melanesian family of the MSG.
